Danielle Truscott is a poet, journalist, and editor living in New York City. She co-founded The Buttonwood Tree, a non-profit community based arts center in Middleton, Connecticut, where she ran a poetry reading series for two years, and is a former editor of Mountain Xpress, an arts and entertainment newsletter based in Asheville, NC. She is the author of Anthems of an Uncut Field, a collection of poems released by New Native Press in 1997.
